Why it matters: First major AI regulation with teeth — sets the template other jurisdictions will follow.
yesterday saw an AI generated video was labeled as such by YouTube briefly in its beginning. Good move to disclose though should be common sense. Challenge may be that hybrid content (like this page even). Maybe add (AI) after Why it Matters in the template. I can do that
